[TITLE UNKNOWN]
Artist: Timothy Cook | Year: Unknown [1]
[1] An image I found on the internet many years ago. I needed a title for this post, so went with Bleeding Crane. I don't know the work's true title — if it even has one. If anyone has any info, please leave a comment so I can amend my post. I'd love to find the image in better quality, too.
EDIT: Sincere thanks to Neg for providing the artist's name. Hero level appreciation.

ReplyDeleteAt least with Firefox, you can right-click on an image and choose 'inspect.' Find the url (you might have to click the collapsed ellipses to hunt for it) and right-click it. Go to copy and choose 'Image Data-URL.' The 500 mile-long address you'll get is a lot more helpful when doing reverse image searches. Well, it usually is.
ReplyDeleteI'm also going to mention Tin Eye, because of a youtuber named Jeffiot, but it only helped me ONCE. Otherwise, it's been SOOOOOO shitty. But, it's worth a shot, if you've exhausted your options.
I didn't think anyone would ever read the post, much less respond with a favourable result! TY. TY.
DeleteI did the standard Reverse Image Search, but I don't use any of the big name browsers any longer, so that maybe limited my results. (I use a fork of Firefox, so there's a chance what you detailed might work in it.) I tried TinEye, too, before making the post, but got a 0 in the results page.
The image quality on the linked page isn't as good as what I already had, but I can finally put a name to the artist, which is a great feeling.
